Na jugozapadnim obroncima Fruške gore, u dolini Jaroškog potoka, nalaze se ostaci manastira Kuveždin sa crkvom posvećenom sv. Savi, nastradalog za vreme Drugog svetskog rata.
Prema legendi, osnovao ga je 1520. poslednji srpski despot Stefan Štiljanović. Izgradnja nove barokne crkve započela je 1818, za vreme igumana Genadija Kirilovića. Reprezentativnom izgledu hrama doprinosi fasadna dekoracija izvedena u duhu klasicizma. Trospratnom baroknom zvoniku iz 1803. prizidana je uspešno nova crkva, tako da je njegova dominacija nad zapadnim pročeljem potpuna.
Ikonostas Janka Halkozovića iz 1772. zamenjen je novim, za koji je slikanu dekoraciju načinio Pavle Simić, a drvenu rezbu Georgije Devič. Sa Simićevog ikonostasa iz 1849. sačuvano je 20 ikona koje svedoče o bogatstvu likovnog izražaja ove barokno klasicističke celine. Jugoistočno od manastira podignuta je 1779. grobljanska kapela.
Kuveždinski manastir je delimično obnovljen od 1973. do 1975, a prilikom radova tokom 2004. godine obnovljen je svod, krov nad brodom crkve i zvonika u celini.
